At Frenchie Day Care LLC, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Refund Policy ensures a smooth and straightforward process to resolve your concerns.


Returns

Eligibility
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • With all tags and labels attached

Non-Returnable Items
Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized hats
  • Final sale or clearance items

Return Process
To start a return, contact our support team at admin@frenchieday.care. Include your:

  • Order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

Once approved, we will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.


Refunds

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued, such as:

  • Items returned with signs of use
  • Items not in original condition (not due to our error)
  • Missing tags or packaging

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize.
Please contact us at admin@frenchieday.care within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a free exchange or replacement.

Size or Style Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

  • Please initiate a return for the original item
  • Then place a new order for the item you wish to receive

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped.
If you wish to cancel, contact us as soon as possible at admin@frenchieday.care.
If the order has already shipped, you may proceed with a return after delivery.
