Returns

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Gift cards, customized or personalized hats, and final sale items are not eligible for returns.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@mrado.shop. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once approved, we will guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

Refunds

  • Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items returned with signs of use, missing parts, or not in their original condition due to reasons not caused by Mrado).

Exchanges

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us at support@mrado.shop within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.
  • Size or Style Exchanges: To exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired product.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us at support@mrado.shop as soon as possible. If the order has already been shipped, you can still proceed with a return after receiving it.
